Mr. De'Shawn Jamal Outlaw

Mr. De'Shawn Jamal Outlaw, was born to the late James and Jacqueline Outlaw on September 14, 1988 in Greenville, North Carolina. He peacefully passed away on Tuesday, July 4, 2023 at his resident in Salisbury, North Carolina at the age of 34. De'Shawn loved his family and loved to cook for them even more. He had a big heart and would feed anybody. He was a great debater, when Outlaw knew he was right, you could not convince him otherwise. He was preceded in death by his father, James Outlaw and maternal grandmother Addie Godard. He leaves to cherish his memories, his mother, Jacqueline Outlaw; mother-in-law, Lolita Alston (Harry); wife of fifteen years, LaTanya Brown; three daughters, Sha'Tavia, Sha'laya and Shania; a son, Shakim; three brothers, Antonio (Latisha), Traimaine, and Trayvon; two sisters, Jemia and Ju; a special niece, Desjinae; two nephews, Jabori and Tyler; A host of uncles, aunts, cousins and special friends. Funeral Arrangements are Sunday, July 16, 2023, with visitation at 2 p.m. followed by service 2:30 p.m., New Life Community Church of East Spencer, 118 Heiligtown Road, East Spencer, North Carolina. Burial will follow in the Byers Cemetery, East Spencer. Boone-Carroll Funeral Home and Cremation Service is assisting the Outlaw family.
