Salisbury-Mr. Edward Lewis Archie of Salisbury, North Carolina was born on May 1, 1950 to the late Beatrice Olivia Archie and Ted Roseboro. He departed this life on, Tuesday, March 15, 2016 , at Select Speciality Hospital in Winston Salem, North Carolina. He graduated form Dunbar High School in East Spencer, North Carolina. He was an employee of K. W. Arthur & Sons Roofing Company. He was proceded in death by his mother, Beatrice Archie; father, Ted Roseboro; sister Debra Archie, and numerous aunts and uncles. He is survied by a brother, Steven Archie (Lizette) of Charlotte, North Carolina; two aunts, Ruby Archie of Bronx, New York and Barbara Avent, Lexington, North Carolina; A devoted, loving caretaker cousin Susan Glover; three nephews; one niece and a host of cousins and friends. Funeral Services: Visitation will be at 12 Noon, Tuesday, March 22, 2016, follow by funeral service at 12:30PM, Love Christian Center, East Spencer, North Carolina. Interment will be in the Oakwood Cemetery, Old Wilkesboro Road. Boone-Carroll Funeral Home is assisting the Archie family.
