Mr. Jatice Yarod Wactor

Mr. Jatice Yarod Wactor, 19, of Salisbury, passed away on January 22, 2021. He was the son of Dawn and Marc Hawkins (Michelle Williams and Cubie Gvens). He attended North Rowan High School, and his latest accomplishment was, he graduated with the Class of 2021. Jatice was a very unique man and he had a special light about him that touched everyone's heart. As a child, he played football for the 49ers and AAU Basketball League of Concord, North Carolina. Jatice is also being honored by the A7FL Football League in New Jersey. He was always a free spirit and loved to make people laugh. He leave to cherish his memories: Parents, Dawn and Marc Hawkins, (Michelle Williams and Cubie Gvens); three brothers, Robert Wactor, Jihad Wactor and Tymir Williams; four sister, Yasmina Wactor, Dejanay Wactor, Shamika Williams and Evelyn Williams; three nephews, Alquran Wactor, Yasir Wactor and Duece Johnson; four nieces, Zaiya Morris, Aubrey Patterson, Jayanah Timmons and Jayanii Timmons; one aunt, Sherri Wactor; two uncles, DiJohn Wactor and Dennis Wactor; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives and friends. Funeral arrangements will be held Saturday, January 30, 2021, with visitation from 1pm-1:30pm, followed by service at 1:30pm, Tower of Power United Holy Church, 601 E.
