Mr. Jerry Leon Cuthbertson

Mr. Jerry Leon Cuthbertson, age 70, passed away November 30, 2022 at Novant Health Rowan Medical Center. Born July 18, 1952 in Rowan County to the late Wyatt Cuthbertson and Rosetta Cowan Cuthbertson. Mr. Cuthbertson graduated from R.A. Clement High School. After graduation, he joined the Air Force. Mr. Cuthbertson retired from Celanese Company. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Wyatt Cuthbertson, John Cuthbertson, and Paul Cuthbertson; sisters Maude Jones and Josephine Rolland. He is survived by his brothers Arthur, James(Norma Ruth), and Alex Cuthbertson of Cleveland; sisters, Mary McConeyhead of Salisbury, Libby(David) Blackwell of Cleveland, Marie Powell of Charlotte and Debra Cuthbertson of Cleveland; sister-in-Laws, Lela Cuthbertson of Salisbury and Brenda Cuthbertson of Cleveland and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Funeral arrangements are Tuesday, December 6, 2022 at Boone-Carroll Funeral Home, 111 Railroad Street, Cleveland, NC, with visitation at 12 p.m., followed by service at 12:30 p.m. The funeral home will remain open after the service until 6 p.m. Interment will be Wednesday, December 7th at 9 a.m. Salisbury National Cemetery.
