SALISBURY - Luis A.Martinez, 79, passed away, Monday, July 14, 2014, at W.G.Hefner Medical Center. Grave-side Service 12 p.m.,Tuesday, July 23, 2013, at Salisbury National Cemetery with military rites performed by the U.S. Air Force and the Local Honor Guard.
