Salisbury-Mrs. Ollie "Ree" Wise, age 60, of Salisbury, North Carolina, was born in Iredell County to AlonzoTurner and Mary Johnson, on October 5, 1956.
She went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, July 6, 2017, at The Laurels of Salisbury.
Ollie attended school in Rowan County and graduated from West Rowan High School in 1975.
She joined Tower of Power United Holy Church and was a faithful member until her health begin to fail her. She enjoyed family, friends and helping people.
Ollie was preceded in death by her grandparents, Ray "Franklin" Eberhart and Fannie Sue Eberhart one uncle, Horace Eberhart one brother, James "Homer" Everhart; one sister, Shenitta "Missy" Turner Fox; one son, James "Chuck" Pernell Everhart.
She leaves to cherish her memories: her husband, Bobby Wise; Mother, Mary Johnson; three sons Priest Everhart, Calvin Everhart and Scottie Everhart; two brothers, James "Doc" Turner and Alonzo "Scooter" Turner, Jr.; eight grandchildren, Renasha Sanders, Juan Sanders, Shala Rhames, Lila Blue Everhart, Tayin Everhart, Nyasja Everhart, Tajh Everhart and Tajhan Everhart; and seven great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Memorial donations can be made to her son Priest Everhart.
Visitation and Funeral: Wednesday, July 12, 2017, with visitation at 12:30pm, followed by funeral at 1pm, Tower of Power U.H.C., Salisbury. Interment will follow in City Memorial Park. Boone-Carroll Funeral Home is assisting the family. Online condolences may be sent to boone-carrollfh.com.
