He leaves to mourn one son, Robert Mulkey of Salisbury, North Carolina, and a step-son, James D. Spaugh of Lexington, North Carolina.
Service and Interment: Tuesday, January 8, 2012 at 10 a.m., National Cemetery, Statesville Blvd,Salisbury, North Carolina.
