Mr. Willie Jencky Leain

Charlotte-Mr. Willie Jencky Leain of Charlotte, NC, passed away, Friday, March 11, 2016, at W. G. Hefner Medical Center. Willie Bill Leain was born March 18, 1937, to the Late Jimmie Leain and Pearl McQueen, in Cumberland, North Carolina, and was raised in Marvin, South Carolina. He departed this life on March 11, 2016. He attended Marion County Schools, and Spring Branch Baptist Church. Willie (Bill) grew up working on the farm at a young age and left there to work at a factory in Marion, South Carolina. He knew he wanted more out of life, so he moved his family to Spartanburg, South Carolina, where he became a truck driver for Mclean Trucking. He later started driving gas trucks until he became ill and became unable to work. Willie was joined in Holy Matrimony to Earnestine Kirton for 40 years, and to this union two children were born. He was preceded in death by Earnestine Leain, his wife and Judy Leain. He leaves to cherish his memory, two daughters, Willie Mae and Linda Gail Leain, both of Charlotte, North Carolina; three Grandchildren, Wylissa (Allen) Leain of Columbia, South Carolina, Brandi (Kendrick) James of Charlotte, North Carolina, and Tyrez Leroy Wilson of Charlotte, North Carolina; one great grandchild, Kendrick Jamael James; four Brother-in-laws; and four sister-in-laws. Funeral arrangement will be held, 10AM, Thursday, March 17, 2016, at Salisbury National Cemetery. Boone-Carroll Funeral Home of Cleveland is assisting the Leain family.
